    I don't know of any free ones, but http://www.whmcs.com/ is a good one if you are willing to pay.

    I go to install the PHPCOIN but when I click the button it takes me to a login page and I can't find the user and pw for it...
    Anyone know it?

    Nvm found it. And I can't use it

    Im looking for something that you don't need a separate link to connect to paypal or cc or something like that but with this you do.

    Im willing to offer good webhosting to anyone who can provide me with a good link.

    theres lots about dont go with online automated ones go with ones you install onto your server

    clientexec gr8 one but costs a bit
    PHPcoin best free one

    I tried looking for free billing systems recently and the only one i found was PHP coin.
