Why does this keep happening??

On my website, i tend to keep getting ' ÂÂÂ' on every few lines, in between text aswell.

It's really bugging me and looking for a solution.

Sounds to me you are using that Cpanel HTML editor?
If you are, click Edit file so it opens up the code then get rid of the A's

It'll keep doing it so i suggest you go on html editor write what you want go on html code copy it then go on edit file and paste that's what i do!

The HTML editor isnt that good to use. You will be better of just using the Edit File even if you find HTML hard. You have just got to learn the basics.

I do half and half, i use editor for most things but obviously it's easy to move pictures using the design view.

Ok well i think i've sorted it now, i'll just have to live with it. Thanks though.
