Will my combat go up if i want str and attack when my range is 51?

Hp is 40.
will my combat go up and if not, what level will it start going up.

For combat 35, you need either:

* 75 attack or strength levels
* 1 defence or hitpoint level
* 1 prayer level
* 27 magic levels
* 1 ranged level

Wont go up to start with but if they overtape your range you'll become melee based and every 4 levels = combat.
