hm you do realise if you go on a diet, and then lose your tum, if you start eating normally again it can have serious effects on you.

I did write a whole thing about dieting and exercise but it got deleted -_- I cba to write it again, tis there problem.

Dieting at a young age is harmfull and you shouldn't really consider it. Eating healthy foods with a normal amount of fats is a healthy, natural diet which is best for you and others who are teenage.

I wouldn't say serious , but its like a quick fix , you go on a diet , lose the weight , go back to normal eating and you put it on again.

Well if you want my honest opinion on how to loose weight:

Sat on the computer all day won't help, whenever I check users online I can see your name at the bottom of the Forum, whether it's 10am (like now) or 10pm. I dunno whether you are on all the time inbetween that because I'm not, but considering the time of your posts are frequent between them times then alot of time is probably spent infront of a computer.

This wont help because you are hardly burning many calories whilst sat on the computer which is what causes you to loose weight. Eat healthy and well balanced meals and do alot of exercise. If you eat less calories than you burn (through exercise) then eventually you will begin to loose weight.
    Hello
