Seriously. I'm about to kill those morons that work there... I just spent 30 flippin minutes on the phone (25 on HOLD!) because my paypal account: (April 21st reinstated after an 8 Month case which I won eventually) and I haven't used my account in the past month but now mysteriously I have an account balance of negative £102.00. Surely there would be some reason for this but I haven't used the account and nothing in the history has been checked so I did the sensible thing and rang paypal.

At the resolutions department, they couldn't help me and they were confused about what had happened to my account!

"Our policy of converting positive to negative balances." (That's the email I got when my account went to negative 102 pounds. Notice how it states "Converting POSITIVE to negative balances" In otherwords, I had a positive balance in my account (Wah-hey -.-) And those morons have converted it to NEGATIVE balance. WHY THE **** WOULD THEY DO THAT?!

The weird thing is on the "My account" Page it says I have a Negative balance of £120.00 but on my "History" page it says I have a balance of £0.00. MAKE UP YOUR ****ING MIND PAYPAL!

So now I have to wait for up to 72 hours for them to get in contact with me from their 'Specialists'. I so better be re-compensated for their **** up. >_>
