Well i anoyed the catain and the guy said he was sick of the captain n all that but when i talk to the guards they tell me to move alongso how am i suposed to even start the quest if none of them will talk to me

For tourist trap to start the quest, im pretty sure you need to talk to some girl at the start of the desert. After that they should talk to you.

Btw that quest is annoying
