If you put your two fingers onto the veins at the end of your arm, on the wrist, and rest them there, you should feel beating. Also, put your hand on the centre of your upper chest and wait to feel the beating. If you exercise, and get out of breath, it is easier to feel.

I think it would be more hard getting pulses from wrists then the heart beat itself. Also if you want to try with pulses use you're INDEX finger and you're middle, the others have minni pulses in so would be very pointless. :p there is also one in you're neck xP
