I'm planning on setting up phpBB forum (I'll get a paid for vbulletin one day) for my site. I need hosting with cpanel to make a database. Right now my host won't let me upload databases and stuff to his serve, cos I was wandering if anyone could host for me free? I'll advertise you're sites all you want.
