How can i? Shes screaming at my sister... i cant invite any friends over... coz of that...... and every other day of my life im unhappy anyways so i dont understand if she loves me why she couldnt just be happy for me for one day!

Yeah, but like you said, she is screaming at your sister, okay, it's not nice as it's your birthday, but she is mad at her not you.

Maybe when she's not in a shouting mood, maybe tellher you want to talk to her and before you start, make a list of all the things you don't want to happen. (Shouting, arguing) and a list of things that you want to happen, (Listning to one another) Then discuss about your birthday and that behaviour in general and try to get some common ground.
