Why the credit card line is down...

I've noticed a thread about this, and many people are wondering WHY the credit card line for Habbo UK is not working. A while back, I e-mailed Habbo Staff about this, and after exchanging a few, Redtiz replied with:

I've been informed that people outside the UK are now barred from using the Credit Card lines due to the high amount of fraudulent purchases which had been made.

Couldn't you just buy credits with your credit card via BT click and buy. Its free to register and is the same price. Works in different countrys.
