    anyone like them/wear them?

    if you're like "wth are they" its basically a skirt [mostly denim] with black tights/leggings under [some have designs/stripes on them]

    i norm wear skirt with black footless tights but i have some footless tights with designs / stripes on etc and wear them sometimes :]
