Ok, I am 14 in March and I want to lose some weight and do some excercise. I Bought this side stepper machine which makes me side step on it and have a sort of dumbell thing. It says how many calories I lose. How Many calories should I lose a day from my body? Ty,
P.s: I Dnt expect any radical changes, ill still eat the same food i eat now which is like any normal person, meat and vegetables etc.. So dnt mention food please![]()
