I have so much crap on my mind & when i go to go sleep, i start to think of it more & start to cry. My sleep pattern thing is messed up too & i'm trying to sort it out as i have college next week. The problem is i'm not getting sleep till about 2/3 in the morning, maybe later. Any ideas on what i can do, so i can finally get a goodnights sleep? +rep for all good ideas.
