In all honesty there is no safest super rare because theres always the threat of release
The purple ICM had strong rumours that it was going to be released after it was given as a competition prize which put a lot of people off buying it, same applies for the super smoke machines as well as the gold pillow, theres always that slight chance that theyre planning a release
Imo i would say that the dragons are the safest as i doubt theyll release them being long term battleball prizes, as long as theyre making money out of selling tickets theyre not going to put a stop to the prizes

Theyre pretty safe in terms of release but their value may fluctuate
Especially if some of the other supers suffer the same fate as the dragons

Nothing is ever safe. The minute I bought an orange para they came out.
Unless you are that bothered about losing out I wouldn't worry. I used to worry alot about OMGZ WHAT IF IT GETS RELEASED. However I have most of the "old school" supers now and in all honesty I couldn't give a monkey's anymore if they get released. Only a game
