Ok, I think I'm just about ready to come out to my mates.. I just really have no idea how to.

What should I say, how should I approach them? Its all sorta new to me, idk what to do ;[

Just say, No need to beat around the bush, Some of the boys might feel a weird around you maybe :s But normaly the girls take it really well but will sterotype [Spelling?] like "omg we can go shopping" But maybe speak to one person at a time and other those you trust
Im out to some of my mates but i kind of wish i told none of them it likes they treat me different, so i would think twice before you do it, but you seem ready?

It could be different with you. My mates just realised, and didn't care. If you just tell them, get right out with it, then it should be okay.
If any of em do reject you [hopefully they won't] then they were not real friends anyway!

dnt tell him then, most teenage boys are homophobic, well most in my school,
but i wouldt tell him if i was you, but if you feel that close to him maybe, as you seem to be gd friends he should like you for who you are, not what you are.

i hope so.. its like hes told me stuff yesterday and day before he said hes never even thought of telling anyone else, he just said he can relate to me and he said nothing would change that...
