Help Me With Keyloggers

Well, I defianlty have a keylogger of some sort, as on my first account Olly) I lost about a throne's worth of rares. And then I made a new account, new password, and lost 3 Hc Sofas.

I have downloaded Bullguard but it says you can't install it while AntiVirus is installed or something, and I don't want to get rid of AntiVirus.

Any Help?
