    To animate, i don't know ask grpahic people. To send a pm click over your desired persons name and click sen dpersonal message to so n so then a screen will come up like when your posting a reply.

    Animating can be done with an Animating program

    Thats Animation Shop 3
    You can download a free trial on that site
    If you want your pic to move you have to insert frames

    Quick eg.
    YOu want your pic to show a habbo sticking his tongue out
    You gotta insert 2 frames
    One with your habbo without sticking out his tongue
    One with tongue out of his mouth..

    Pretty simple idea to start off with, have fun
