FOMO is "Fear Of Missing Out", which the staff are against.
FOMO is not supposed to be a good thing... it's a made-up illness. And yes, staff are against FOMO. The problem is, people are picking up the name of the campaign as being "FOMO", and thus get the wrong end of the stick on more than one occasion.
