I can't connect to Xbox Live.

It says

IP Address (Failed)

My router downstairs is plugged into computer, computer to broadband.

I have a Network USB Adapter upstairs.

Can anyone help?

i have tryde wid my old usb it didnt work i advise u to use ethernet unless it says wired on test connection then i dunno

It says the IP has failed.

I've checked the microsoft website, not sure how to see iof DHCP is enabled, but it says so on my USB adapter.

All microsoft give you is some mumbo jumbo anywho.

Is your internet working 100%? If it is your firewall might be blocking the connections to the xbox
