Making Fansite - Need Co-Owner

Well hi there! I Posted numerously about this and no one has replied so here goes for a second change.

Im making a HabboHotel Fansite (Will go far) I've already bought

RadioPanel
Radio (300 Listener)
Hosting
And Something else :S LOL

Anyway im skint now yeah, So i need the coowner to buy domain or anyone whos even willing to buy it and no matter what job, Have it in return.

My site was official back in 03 (HabboIT) And was declared unnoficial a year later. So if you interested in buying the domain and having ANY Job to your choice or wanting co-owner then please reply to this thread or PM Me. May i also state that iam trusted by a few famous people on here, ebayseller1 being one of them.
