Omg, I just went to the magic trees to do some chopping and the sound KILLS, why did they do this.
Its also not possible to mute it unless i put my headphones lol :|..

try using the effect volume on runescape...

click the spanner and change the 3 sound effect and music bars to off..

Well if turning of all the affects in game doesnt work im afraid the sound isnt being made by Rs.
