Is He Lying ?

I went to the cinemas with my mates, and I was waiting outside the cinemas waiting for one more mate, and a guy went past me and I looked ( my nature) and he looked at me, so he walked past me and turned around and smiled, so I smiled back, then my mate got there and we went inside the cinemas bought the ticket and waiting out side the screen number for our film, so he came aswell and stood on the other side of the room ( about 10 steps away) and we kept looking at each other, the film was about to start so we went through the doors and as I went in I turned back and he was looking at me, we sat down and my mate went to get a drink, so I was like oo i'm coming I want to see the guy, so as we walked towards the shop, he came up to me and asked for my number, I so so chuffed so I gave it to him. And after the film he came up to me and gave me his chain, I was really happy all day, and when he called me he asked me out for the next weekend, we arranged it and decided to bring mates with us until we get to know each other better, any way he says the day before we go out " oh yeah sorry got arrested and cant go" well acully it was more like" Lizzie Im so sorry I can't make it I got arrested on friday etc.." any way, My mates are saying its a lie is it?

I think he said that to make himself sound "ard" or just as a poor excuse to not go.

Dono, my friends get arrested all the time - put in a cell over night then they go and do the same thing again... lol... So, dono how he can use it as an excuse? ... >.>
