    Default Constantly tired

Whenever I get in from work I feel knackered and HAVE to sleep. It takes me on average half an hour every morning to wake up even though I've had a nap the night before. I don't understand why I'm so tired but it's annoying as hell because last night I dropped off when I really wanted to watch hollyoaks. :@ I don't eat meat so maybe thats got something to do with it? :s I just never have any energy and its proper annoying.

Maybe because you dont eat enough meat, which are rich in iron, your blood haemoglobin is not that good so they not as efficient to uptake oxygen hence your tierd?

Do more exercise eg swimming helps...
    Eat spinich?

If you don't eat meat you may be anemic as tierdness is a side effect of it, Eat things rich in iron, like quorn, nuts ect ect.

I've had them problems for a few month although they've got better recently.

When you goto sleep at night do you sleep through till morning or wake up at night? How long does it take you to get to sleep? And how long have you had the problems?

I wouldn't recommend napping through the day, especially not when you get in from work cos it's too close to bedtime. It's easier said than done (I fell asleep today watching tele when I didn't wanna ) but just if you feel yourself going to sleep go get a drink or something.

It could be 'cos you don't eat meat or more likely because you have insomnia, maybe caused through stress at work, your sleeping habits, or just generally worrying about things.

Get into a routine, If you have a few early nights a nice bath then sleep, maybe a warm drink before, so you get very relaxed and have a long sleep.
You're reccomened to have 9 hours sleep.
Also, I think you may not have enough energy, which makes you tired.
If you do alot of exercise, you are burning of your calories which is energy, so if you do alot of exercise you need more to eat. If you dont you will find you are tired if this is the case.
