The dedicated hobba safety site appears to have either closed down completely, or is temporarily out of action.
The super hobba cookiezz had this to say:
"I have no idea why the site is down".
This could possibly be linked with impetuous.net closing down, or it might just be a simple server/template change.

yes but the URL www.hob-tech.net also takes you to the site.
Impetuous.net was a well known safety site, but that closed.Resigned from Habbox.
