What are good to train on + rep to help!

I need help on what to train on, im a member n i usually train on barbarians or monks my combat level is 39 n i want 40 atk and 40 strength ataack is currently 37 and strength is currently 32 i wear full addy trim but i use addy 2h.

Train on guards. They drop lvl 2 clue scrolls and theyr easy to kill.

Guards are found in most areas. Try ardy or varrock palace.

u mite also wanna look at getting a addy scimmy. much faster. but not as strong.

train on normal guards like the ones with chainmail and med helsm?

i think they are like 7k lol.
not much.
just go to any major bank and ask for one, ull get one easy enough.
dont pay more than 10k.

i'd get a scimmy instead, just because you hit quicker and the average hits per min is more.

try training on the gnomes and that on the abttlefield beside ardy. loads of them and they are low def so easy to hit and kill, just go crazy there for a wee while.


edit: the scimmy advice i nvr realised has already been given, i started writing this then went away cos dad needed on and submitted wen i came back lol.
