    Try some streching.
    Neck:
Rotate you neck 1/2 way around.
Or place a heat pack or warm washer around it

    Back:
Lye back on a swiss ball making sure the spot that hurts is supported.
Or go to a massuse or chyro for professional help

Btw dont bump, gets you infracted!

go to your chemist and buy something called 'Deep heat' its basically a cream that feels like its burning [not pain... just enough heat to make you relax] Just apply that and within a few days you should be okay. It isn't expensive either, a few pound for a tube.

Deep heat doesn't always work but its worth a try. If you spend alot of time at the computer this might be why you have bad neck and back ache. Make sure you take regular breaks from sitting in the same position.
