Okay.. My brother got his account permed and then he appealed for the unban. They gave it and he logged on as soon as he got the reply.. but all his furni is gone. o.O Someone has taken it while he's been banned?

How has that happened? I've been told habbo staff take it sometimes for competitions but then again.. I asked a mod and he denied it.

Someone has hacked your brothers account, taken the furni, and got him banned. Now you are unbanned there is no furni left. If you know who the scammer was report it using the helptool. If you dont know who it is, still report it using the help tool. It will just ask you t reset your password!

Yeah, probably got keylogged and someone logged onto the account, stole the furniture, and then got the account banned afterwards. Your brother should contact Help Tool again.

I highly doubt staff or moderators would go around stealing furniture when they can easily get it themselves.

I agree with Mr Kotu, a keylogger sounds like the most logical explanation. Make sure you tell him to scan his PC too, it's no good him getting his account back and it happening again!
