k i just signed up with paypal and i have no idea on how to use it :]
so i was wondering umm do you have to have a visa in order to buy things on online shops like hottopic or ebay or anything like that? or could you add your chequing/savings debit account thing to it. and if you need a visa, how would you add it?

yeah i do... i was going to use that one on the add funds page, but it says 1-12 digits for the account number and mine has 16, and i have no idea what the instituition number is lol?
