    learn C and C++ and you are well on your way.. you can also use other languages such as Perl and Python to make windows scripts but C and C++ are higher level languages..

    what langauge is used to make programs like rhynet or w.e its called?
    like windows programs and .exe

    I recommend Visual Basic if you haven't learnt one before

    yeah i would recommend VB aswell. We do it here at college its pretty easy to learn

    Visual Studio and all the .NET framework such as Visual Basic, C++, C# J# and then Java can make applications as well.
