    Exclamation Puk Help [ Mobile ]

    Ok, My Brother Was Messing About With My Phone, And Turns It Off, When I Turns It On, It Fires Up Ok & Then Says 'Enter PUK', & Underneath It Says Ok And SOS, So What The Hell Is I PUK And How To I Find It?, I Have Also Misplaced The Box And The Manual So I've Got The Feeling Im Up The Pooper

    You need to contact Orange on the Customer Service number, I'll find it in a seck.

    The PUK is a number, when the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times, it blocks the SIM card. The PUK number unlocks it and you can retrive it by contacting Orange Customer Service number.

    You can also get your PUK code online if you are a member or sign up with orange.

    I think you only get 10 attempts to enter the PUK correctly aswell otherwise the whole phone gets blocked up.

    Yeah, you only get a few attempts.. i borrowed my brothers phone once and messed around with it.. entered pin wrong 3 times.. then entered PUK number in wrong alot of times... then phone got blocked, and my brother was less than impressed with me

    I had the same problem when I got a new phone, I was setting a pin code and messed it up and needed a puk code.
    Anyway I don't think this will apply to everyone but my 4 digit ID number was the last 4 numbers of my phone number, you may aswell try that as it may work.

    To get your puk code, just phone up orange.

    How come I can still edit this post, even though I posted it ages ago :S

    i just login to my virgin mobile account and get my PUK,
    Orange should be able to give it to you..

    this happens to samsungs.

    my friend lyndsey had this problem

    just dont click sos cause it calls the police. ;/

    and you gotta take it to the provider or call them ;/
