Atomic Panel Layout Needs Coding

I desprately need this layout coded. Im all ok at php but when it comes to coding layouts, quite frankly, i suck!

There will be pay for anyone who can code this EXACTLY how it is in this picture, gradient and everything. And text EXACTLY THE SAME. Also please could u label the boxes.. And the blank white bit in middle is content...

Well basically he does scripts and coding is completly diff i gotta aggree :p

I can do partly divs/css :p..
But not sure on how to want this coded so can't help you there matey unless you come on msn and tell me lol..

im kinda tempted since the design would be painfuly easy to do via css/divs... although this is only becuse i have a massive amount of computing work i dont feel like doing "/
