Now, before you think "Oh great, another Area fanboy", I want to say that I'm not just jumping on the bandwagon. I have ALWAYS liked Area. Even when it looked different. I always thought it had a certain quality to it. I used to have a good amount, but in a moment of HC cravings, I traded it all.

I've slowly began to get some back, but I'm looking to get a lot more. I LOVE the new look!

I have 4 HC's, 2 Football Trophies, a Mocha, 3x Red Straight Track, 1x Green Track and 2x Basketball Courts.

For HC: 12-15 3-cred Area items
For Trophy: 5 3-cred Area items
For Mocha: 4 3-cred Area items
Rest: Offer...since I don't think anyone wants them.

I only said 3-cred items because I'm not looking for hatches. I also don't want bars, corners, or beds either. I just want tables (either), sofas, chairs, dining chairs, and bookcases.
