Runescape keeps getting D/C

Everytime I log in on my Runescape account, the screen loads and it gets disconnected. Do you think it would work if I deleted the cookies BEFORE I log in, or do you know anything else that me let it work?

ok go to www.runescape.com go to customer support log in der (its not the real game its wer da forms der r) go to customer support after u log in der den go to techanical support if that doesnt help if ur a member go into the techinacle support form and people will help u der(can i get good rep from trying to help)
