this mount is one of many bonus items wich you can get by buying wow TCG well if you ordered the expantion you will get some card aswell and if you are lucky there is one for you
this mount is very cute 
/hug but the runnig speed is normal... actually its like runing without a mount and the lvl limit is down to 20 kinda nice if you ask me

I think the crusador booster packs or somthing have a definate Loot card. I'm not sure.
