Help please

Hey all. I'm wondering if someone could help me?

When I log into the hotel. I get a error message and it reloads?

It was doing it at first with my comp. But that sorted itself.

I brought a laptop yesterday. But it hasnt let me on habbo yet?!..
I just get a blank hotel view. Then the little message pops up saying I need to reload?

Any help appreciated

If you keep getting this reload perhaps uninstalling the shockwaveron the computer your using or laptop.

Once uninstalled it reinstall and hopefully it will work again =).

Do you know how I would go about uninstalling it?

Ok, I uninstalled it but seem to be making a mess of it because when i reinstalled it i just got error messages about a font or something

Hmm,

Strange.

Because you uninstall it by going to "Add & Remove" under "Control Panel" on your Computer/Laptop.

And find the name of the Shockwave and click "Remove"

Then go to http://www.habbo.co.uk/client.action

And it should pop up saying saying you need Shockwave and it should Automatically install the new shockwave for you and then habbo should work once it's installed the Shockwave.

Dunno why it's coming up a font error..

Yer I found that if I log into my Habbo Home THEN try to log into Habbo, I get a blank hotel view. But if I log into Habbo first, it seems to work although I do get the error message sometimes. :eusa_wall
