Are you a safety conscious Habbo who knows how to avoid the pitfalls and wants to pass on your knowledge? If so, the Safety X Team may be the right team for you!



Safety Xs are eXpert Habbos who roam the public rooms of the Hotel giving tips and tricks on keeping you, your personal information and your Habbo account safe. As safety doesn’t have to be boring, the Safety Xs also get over their message through a range of games and events.

If this sounds right up your street, read the following application carefully, ensure you follow the instructions exactly (applications which don’t are automatically rejected) and send your application to [email protected] by FRIDAY DECEMBER 1ST which is when applications will close.

• Please ensure that your Habbo name and the phrase ‘Safety X Application’ is in the subject line of your email.
• Copy the questions below into your email and answer them.

1. Why do you want to be a Safety X?
2. What skills or knowledge do you possess which you feel would make you a good Safety X?
3. You’re suspicious that you may have a keylogger; how would you go about detecting and removing it and how would you help to prevent your machine getting one again? Please include detailed steps and the brand name of any software you would use.
4. What are the possible dangers associated with webcaming with another Habbo?
5. What are the ways you can help prevent your free email accounts (Hotmail, Yahoo etc) being compromised by another Habbo?
6. What is your best idea for a safety themed game or event?
7. What would you like to see included on the eXperts area of the Habbo homepage?

If you are short-listed, you will receive an invitation to an online meeting in late December where you’ll be individually quizzed on the safety aspects of Habbo.
