Firstly before the second part, I'd advise you to read the intro as it will not make sense whatsoever.
Anyway:
I turned around as quick as a bolt of lightning, I was about to scream, but my lips were paralysed. I looked up and saw that it was ... the ticket-collector.
My heart thumping with relief I showed him my ticket. After that I was alot more cautious than before, careful not to get noticed I sneaked into the toilets. I had a long good think about what I had been through in the last few hours, thoughts and visions whirred around my mind. I had only just realised how hungry I was, obviously that sandwich I'd ate earlier hadn't fulfilled its purpose. I unlocked the toilet stall and went back to my seat. Surely there must be some food on this train somewhere, and as if to say that God was listening in on me at that exact moment, the food-trolley came ricocheting down the aisle. "Is there anything you'd like to buy?" asked the woman, obviously selling the goods. "Yes please", I replied, "Two Mars Bars and a Coca Cola please". She handed me my purchases and I sat there for a good fifteen minutes stuffing myself full of sweets, I must've looked really childish, but I was enjoying myself, which didn't often happen in my life.
I snuggled down into my now crumb-infested jacket and relaxed. I must've fell asleep again but when I woke this time the train had stopped and bright lights flooded in through the window. I was finally, away from my woes. I left the train and walked out onto the platform. I stretched and walked away, cool as a cucumber. I walked outside the train station and looked up at the sky, here, I could finally enjoy my life. About 5 minutes later my phone started to ring, I looked up to see it was my Mum calling, I stood there in the middle of the street, deciding whether or not to answer it. I finally chose to answer it in the end, the voice on the other end didn't seem normal, it sounded lighter, more worried than usual. "Jenna, where the Hell are you?!" she bawled at me, "Sorry Mum, can't say, or else this trip would of had no purpose at all" I replied, oh so coldly. "Well, what's the purpose currently? To keep your father and I so worried that we can hardly speak?" she demanded. "Yeah, something like that" I answered. And ended the call.
After several hours of wandering streets I found a place where I could temporarily stay. It wasn't much but it would keep me alive. Hopefully. I considered it to be ironic, this adventure had been so perfect that I hadn't been concerned about where I would be staying. My temporary home had a wooden door and two rooms, neither were very big, but they could both fit me in. They smelt very peculiar but I decided not to make a big fuss out of that, seeing as though no-one would care anyway.
I did some exploring around the town I was located in and found they had a park, store and harbour within walking distance. So, at around 7:30pm when the Sun was setting I settled myself with some food and drink I'd bought from the store with my spare money and watched the ships come in and out. It was alright in the end. I shivered, this dream had actually become reality. I couldn't believe it, I'd given my parents a taste of their own medicine.
I returned to my 'hole' if you will at around 11:30pm, most stores had closed by now, but the nightlife had only just begun. I was walking down the streets whilst various students, drunkards etc popped ot from a bar or nightclub for a smoke or a kiss and I figured this place was alright. I was just about settled from the busy day I had earlier and relaxing with couples passing by my hole not noticing a living human was confided within it. I was just about to get off to sleep when I heard the door creak open and voices. "Shh... she'll be around here somewhere" said one voice. "Ok, sorry" replied the other. I sat bolt upright in my nest and hid immediately as one person entered the room currently engaged by me. "Come out, come out, wherever you are"laughed the voice quietly.
To be continued... again!
Any comments?
