Im not actualy sure as to the question? Are you asking the purpos/use in the O/S of the program services and system programs? o.0 Becuse there not really terms to do with O/S's? youd kinda heve to guess what there on about, program services, kinda sounds like what the O/S software does, aka allocate proccessor time, retrive user input, out put output, detect erros, and provide an API for programs running on windows/mac or whatever to utalise these functions?
And system programs kinda sounds like the same thing "/ So im a little confused here "/
