Santa Claus Alterations!

So here are my, at long last, finished Santa Claus alterations.
Enjoy/like/hate, get up and rate! :eusa_danc

I started out, as i do with every part of all my pixel-art, by making this print for the santa:


At first i wanted to make the original Santa Claus, which was named St. Nikolaus. He was a good, giving man who went on the streets of Belgium in christmastime, giving presents to the little kids. The story originally is that his suit is GREEN, but Coca Cola made their HUGE sell-out commercials including a Santa Claus with a RED suit. So here is the old version:


And then here is the nowaday known RED dressed, Coca Cola Santa Claus:


Hope you enjoy! Please correct me if i have given incorrect info about St. Nikolaus, and rate these alts!

Looks nice and St. Nicholas comes on 6 december and he has Red suit to ... ;l and isnt it that santa was first white? i thought it was lol

Well, it could have been white, but by what i heard from my dad, he said it was green with a black belt, and a golden beltknuckle, but then again, my dad isn't the one with the best memory!
BTW, the beard is small, yes. But i wanted to focus more on his bag of toys and the outfit itself. I tried with a bigger beard, but it took away that focus.

yeh in Victorian times it Santa was green but thanks to coca cola he is now red ¬_¬

To Jay - Not being rude or nothing, and yes your entitled to an opinion, but thats what alot of people say about your's/greco's alts, So I have no idea what your talking about.
