Due to the nature of this bann we cannot unbann you again at this time, please appeal again in 3 months and we will unbann you

So three months have passed i sent them email on friday

Why do you say 'ban' as 'bann'?
Is that the actual quote or did you make that up or did you write it in quote tags which was along the lines of your reply?
I doubt that they would say "We will unabn you in 3 months if you appeal"...
You obviously got a permanent ban then? They wouldn't unban a permed account just because you are going to appeal against it 3 months later.
