on the neopets toolbar do u need to be a premium member to recieve the free gifts whenever it flashes or can any 1?

Not sure, mine hasn't flashed yet though.

no you dont need to be premium.
But if you use firefox then you need a plugin for it from some random site i dont remember, otherwise it will flash like 1 hour behind.
Every item you get from her is worth around 20k - 80k
She gave out pirate pet pet paintbrushes yesterday... i didnt get one in time though

well yeh im on firefox and it flashed and it just said tarla has left the building. i aint got anything from her yet and ive had it for a day now.
