Play.com and other Online Shops

Does anyone here use www.play.com for buying their consoles, games, and even music&dvd's etc.?

Well i saw a great deal for Xbox360, so i thought what the hell and ordered it.

This was 11 days ago, and it says 3-5 days from ordering...

Anyone else had bad delivery service from play.com and other sites like it?

Only once. I pre-ordered Rainbox Six Vegas and they said i'd get it on day of release (15th Dec) But i only received it 23rd Dec so it was just in time for christmas. However this could be due to alot of package traffic with royal mail

give it a couple more days and if it doesn't show up connact them and see whats happened

Its probably due to availability, I ordered need for speed carbon from play.com on the 27th dec and it came on the 30th

Yeh I use it quite often... normally takes 3-1 week but can take more than 1 week.

i've ordered tones from Play, normally 100% reliable.

Just because they deliver something late - it doesn't mean they have bad service - it just means it's late.

Lol i ordered the same things as you and it didnt even deliver after a week and a bit. So i canceled and bought from high street. I've bought a cheap 360 game on sat and its goin to be here tomz
