A few other popular fansites are doing this aswell.
I think it will be a good idea because alot of people advertise there fansites on here and it will probably increase the popularity of thier fansite and habbox

Topsites are just pointless ...
Why do websites have it :s Do they wanna increase their hits or other websites .. :s
Its like me going ... ADVERTISE YOUR SITE FREE ON MY SITE!

They add extensions i think they use joomla.
