making a skin

so yeh, i want to make not a basic skin but a skin like my site layout.

Thats really advanced on any forum software. Im assuming VB... well i dont know if the 3 different colours is possible for the headers but you would have to custom code the skin.

If you know php great, shouldn't be a problem. But you obviously don't so go find someone to do it for you on www.sitepoint.com. Hope you have $500 spare.
