Im doing woodcutting, cause as you know my goal is to get level 99
but it seems its taking an extremely long time to level up, it seems everytime I level up, it changes from 14 banks trips to 16, 16 to 20 and its taking so long lol.
is there some kind of amulet or something more useful that will chop down trees faster? or something that will give me more exp as I get logs?

Nope
chop willows for fast xp if your not after great money.
Also use rune or dragon axe for imrpoved chopping speeds.

Dragon axe is 3-3.2mil.
Willows are the fastest exp.
WC take a long time to level, so if you're bored and think it takes a long time now, you have no hope for 99.
