Go game, put disc in > Install it..

If you have Steam and paypal, you can buy the game from the Steam store, via paypal, It gets accepted straight away and d/l's.

D/L took 10 minutes for me.

No you don't have to pay for it, once you have bought it of the internet or from a store its free from there on. o and to get money you kill people then it gives you money then you go buy weapons. I think, if i can rember.
