48-54 Runecrafting TIPS WANTED

I want 54 asap
i really dont like using abyss due to me being a lvl 65 with 52 hp :\

And i havent done heros
so Help would be helpful

Making fires arent bad.

Without abyss, the only other way is fire runes. All others take forever.
