ive looked on the WR forums and if it opens at midnight PST then it should be about 8am can anyone confirm this it means that i might be able to get my account registered before i go to school

Basically at 8am GMT on 7/02/07 they are releasing the game into full release/commercial release. You can buy the CD if you wish or you download it again. There will be a new client out so maybe you should try downloading it shank, it might work.
Full release means the game will have such things like:
clan system
ranking system
premium membership (paid for membership)
more weapons
etc etc.
