    Default Slicing in paint

    Yes it sounds stupid.

But how do you slice in paint?

Don't say use fireworks 'cos it's for an expandable site

Well in paint youd actualy have to do it properly, which has an advantage in your sites codeing is likly to be substantaly less ****.
Best idea is devide your visual layout in to square sections, see how much you can reuse certain images, and work on the minium images your layout will actauly need, when combined with colourd backgrounds.

Then, indervidualy cut out and save these images to a directory with there own names.

Then open up notpad, and depending on what you want, ether set up a series of tables or divs to the structure you want, add in the images, as backgrounds or actualy implace. and tada you have a layout.

Open up another Paint process - paste it there if you so wish.
