I agree with you, but what if a person comes along and builds a user system site like it up, its not actually coping considering it is there own Idea unless a site like this does actually look like it with all there content a theme.

but then again, its not if someone buys it and sets up something like an habbo community up with it, or a radio station now is it, theres not many names left now to buy [good ones] what people want to buy, so they just rebuy domains that have expired.

And to save some trouble, i've bought habbos.co.uk under the renewel scheme (where u get to renew it and then u have control over it from the old expirey date) it will remain directed to them nameservers, unless the hosting expires.
